A simple & healthy breakfast idea… perfect to kick start your day! 😋
- 45g Rolled oats
- 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
- 120ml Plant milk (unsweetened almond)
- A dash of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. Sweetener of choice (maple syrup/local honey)
Toppings of choice:
- Fruit (berries, apples, banana, kiwi)
- Nuts/Nut Butter
- Coconut flakes
Tip: Refrigerate the oats overnight or else for about 4 - 6 hours.
