Jessica prepares… Overnight Oats

This recipe is great to prepare the night before to have it ready in the morning!

 

A simple & healthy breakfast idea… perfect to kick start your day! 😋

Ingredients used:

  • 45g Rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 120ml Plant milk (unsweetened almond)
  • A dash of cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp. Sweetener of choice (maple syrup/local honey) 

 

Toppings of choice:

  • Fruit (berries, apples, banana, kiwi)
  • Nuts/Nut Butter
  • Seeds
  • Coconut flakes

 

Tip: Refrigerate the oats overnight or else for about 4 - 6 hours.
