Most University of Malta Exams to be held Online!

University of Malta

The University of Malta has been discussing the upcoming January/February 2022 exam period vis-à-vis the current COVID-19 situation.

As a result, the Institution has presented a number of options to its sub-entities (Faculties, Institutions, Centres and Schools) in order to plan for the impending dates.

In this article, we will attempt to break down the decisions taken by the University.

The University of Malta confirmed that more than ⅔ of its first semester scheduled exams will be done online.

The online examination process at the Maltese university is facilitated via a tool called 'WISEflow Remote'.

Students in quarantine on the day of their physical exam will be given a special session within 3 weeks from the date of the original exam. If this is not an option, an alternative method of assessment will be communicated within the same 3 week period.

Final year students who also happen to be in quarantine on the day of their exam, will also be given a special session.

We will do our best to keep you updated with the latest regarding this matter.

We hope that this article has shed some light on what to possibly expect for the upcoming exam sessions at University.
