If you are currently attending 6th form, then JAYE’s Company Programme is for you!
This programme offers post-secondary students the opportunity to take a business idea, formulate it and make it a reality over the course of 8 months, all within the framework of an international network of youths.

Foreign Psychology University students asked to attend physical lectures on campus
Foreign psychology students at the University of Malta, who were for the past months following their study programmes abroad, are being asked to return back to the Islands to attend their lectures physically (provided no travel restrictions are in place).
In an email sent by the head of the department of Psychology, students seem to not have been given the opportunity to continue following their studies as they were.

Budget 2022: monthly stipend will increase by 10% next year
Students will get an increase of 10% in their stipend as from next year and while being able to work longer. Students working part-time up to 25 hours weekly (an increase from 20 hours) will continue to receive their stipend.
Eligible students studying post-secondary, vocational and tertiary level are entitled to receive a stipend payment every 4 weeks covering the scholastic year, receiving a total of 10 stipends.

Vibe FM is now MCAST’s official radio station
Monday morning saw a new academic year kicking off at MCAST.
Collaboration between the two was announced during the MCAST Freshers' Days 2021, and will see Vibe FM act as MCAST's official radio station.

Students set to sit for O-levels in the same school they attend
As part of the 2022 budget, students are now set to sit for their O-level examinations in the same school where they attend. Funds will go into ensuring that schools are equipped with the appropriate labs, air conditioning units and infrastructure in order to make this a reality. This will ensure that students would not need to travel from one school to the next for their SEC exams.
