To Do List

1

Make a to-do list

It’s important to have clear goals or milestones to help you stay on track with whatever you need to achieve.

2

Avoid procrastination
(even when it’s really tempting to postpone your tasks)

Procrastination will often lead to more stress and will make you less productive.

You might find it difficult to actually start working on your goals… Once you do, you’ll find yourself going through your to-do list in no time.

3

Don’t process more information than you should

This will help digest information better, ultimately helping you reach more of your goals.

4

Take a break

Even if you are tight with deadlines, over-burning will make you less productive.

Try taking just a short 5 minute break…

A cuppa or a quick 20 minute episode from your favorite series won’t hurt… unless you start a binge watching session - Don’t. Please.

5

Reward yourself

Each mini-goal should have its own mini-celebration.

Do something that makes you happy! Some also append a bite of their favourite snack for every goal they manage to reach.

We hope that this has helped you understand better the need to digest information at your own pace.
