  • Plant-based yoghurt (unsweetened soy / coconut)
  • Granola
  • Fresh & frozen fruit 
  • Seeds (pumpkin)
  • Nuts & homemade nut butter 
  • A touch of maple syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon (optional)
