Found in Valletta and St. Julians, LOT61 is a coffee shop with a story. They all started with buying beans from different parts of the world for them to roast and grade into a sample to ensure the best quality of beans.
The beans are then roasted locally by hand to honor the flavours produced by the farmers. Beans are roasted twice a week here in Malta and are then distributed to their two coffee shops and some other few establishments.
Their coffee is one that you should definitely try this Christmas, making it a slightly nicer and warmer winter with a freshly-brewed hot coffee in your hands.
