Student at the University of Malta? Or maybe looking to join in October?
You might feel a bit lost as to how to go about your journey at University – and this feeling is normal.
Fortunately, the new one-stop shop called ‘Help Hub’, will be the place where you clear any doubts you might be having.
The Help Hub opened its doors on 3 May 2022 and is housed underneath the student’s canteen, right at the heart of Quadrangle, which makes it an easy and centralised place where one can register their questions and get the help they need.
Recent University of Malta graduate, Kyle Matthew Attard, is currently taking care of the operations of this hub, with the backing of the University’s Office of the Registrar.
The services offered will range from advice on how to deal with being a student at the University of Malta, including but not limited to wellbeing, stipends, accommodation, exchange programmes, certificates and more…
Help Hub will also provide students with the information they need with regards to the various services on offer at the University.

You can visit the Help Hub physically, from Monday to Friday (08:00 - 12:30 & 13:30 - 17:00).
For specific assistance pertaining to Student Advisory Services, you may wish to visit on Tuesdays (09:00 - 12:00).
For queries relating to the Stipends Office, the visiting hours are on Fridays (10:00-12:00).
Alternatively, you may wish to establish contact with them via email or by phone on +356 2340 6183.
Will you be making use of the Help Hub?
